Caversham Hall is situated in the Caversham valley near Balgowan. It is a beautiful home in English Country style. The Bed & Breakfast accommodation consists of large rooms with every comfort. It is conveniently situated for the local Private schools.

Room 1 has a king-sized double bed, lounge area with TV, full bathroom en suite and has access to a patio and garden.

Room 2 has two single beds and an en suite bathroom.

Room 3 has a twin bedded room with a door that leads out to the garden, it has a full bathroom en suite.

Room 4 has two single beds and a bathroom en suite.

Room 5 has two single beds and a separate bathroom.

Rooms 4 and 5 are interleading and may be used as a family room.

The Self-catering cottage can sleep up to twelve people. It is fully equipped, with four bedrooms and a bunk-room, lounge and dining area.

Two superb restaurants are located within a couple of kilometers.

Small children and babies are allowed only by arrangement. Caversham Hall also has a shop with a delightful array of collectibles.

A luxurious and tranquil haven in a serene, picturesque setting.

Attractions

Birding - The site is accessible by appointment and a nominal entrance fee is charged. There are cleared & marked pathways around the dam and through the indigenous forest which allow views into the forest from ground to canopy level. There is safe parking for up to 5 cars and there are toilet facilities available. Some very good restaurants can be found nearby.
